Aranysörte Kézműves Borászat

Az 1800-as években a filoxéra járvány szinte teljesen kipusztította az őshonos magyar szőlőfajtákat. Borászatunk ezeknek a szőlőfajtáknak a feltámasztásával foglalkozik. Ültetvénnyel rendelkezünk például: Fehér góhér, Szerémi zöld, Vadfekete, Öregszemű sárfehér, Ménesi kadarka fajtákból. Ilyen átfogó kóstolót a Balaton környékén csak nálunk lehet kapni ezekből a különleges borokból. A kóstolókat balatoni kilátással rendelkező teraszunkon tartjuk, igény esetén olyan sajt és sonka tálat állítunk össze, ami 25 kilométeren belüli kézműves termelőktől származik. Rossz idő esetén a kóstolót a pincében rendezzük, ahol egy II. századból származó kelta borász eredeti sírköve van kiállítva.

In the 1800s, the phylloxera epidemic nearly wiped out the indigenous Hungarian grape varieties. Our winery is dedicated to reviving these grape types. We cultivate vineyards with varieties such as Fehér góhér, Szerémi zöld, Vadfekete, Öregszemű sárfehér, and Ménesi kadarka. A tasting this comprehensive of these unique wines can only be found with us in the Balaton region.
The tastings are held on our terrace overlooking Lake Balaton. Upon request, we also serve cheese and ham platters sourced from artisanal producers within a 25-kilometer radius. In case of bad weather, the tasting takes place in our cellar, where an original tombstone of a Celtic winemaker from the 2nd century is on display.
